Installation Electricians (Journeyman/woman + All Levels of Apprentice Electricians!)

Care Systems is a local HVAC & DDC contractor specializing in commercial and light industrial construction. Although we are headquartered in Vernon, we offer full-service building operation support throughout British Columbia with significant operations in the Kootenays, and Southern Alberta.

Over the past 30 years, we have installed Automated Logic Control systems in hundreds of buildings, and we currently hold over 200 Service Contracts. We take pride in continually raising the bar for customer satisfaction and service response not only within our company but also in the HVAC and Control industry for the Interior of British Columbia.

We are currently accepting applications for Journeyman/woman Electricians and all levels of Apprentice Electricians to be hired out of our Calgary branch for work on a large project in the East Kootenays. Although we are hiring for this particular project, consideration will be given for ongoing employment based on performance of the individual and growth/expansion of the company. Hourly rate is set above market rate to accommodate for down time that may be incurred due to circumstances beyond our control; additional hourly compensation is offered in lieu of benefits due to the temporary nature of employment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong electrical aptitude - preferably Commercial/Industrial
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Motivated team player and an interest in growing with our company
  • Registration in Electrician Apprenticeship or Journeyman Red Seal Certificate
  • Ability to work weekly rotational shifts and work in a remote location outside the Calgary area

Installation Electricians - Kamloops Division

We are currently accepting applications for 4th year or Journeyman Electricians for our Kamloops division. If you are an individual who is comfortable working in a dynamic team environment, who is willing to learn new skills, and who is motivated to provide excellent service to our customers, we need to hear from you!

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4th Year to Journeyman Electrician
  • Strong electrical aptitude
  • Construction industry experience
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Motivated team player and an interest in growing with our company
  • Registration in Electrician Apprenticeship or Journeyman Certificate
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional overtime
  • Willingness to work out of town
